As a Sister of Perpetual Indulgence, I believe that it is important to give back to the community we're a part of. Our commitment is motivated by our desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others and to be a good citizen and neighbour within our communities. Any gifts for service go directly back into community or charitable organizations. Sister Festivus continues to partner with other charitable organizations that empower and inspire others to make a difference.

We encourage all couples and friends to participate and get involved in their community – the Sisters Of Perpetual Indulgence are best known for their work throughout the GLBTQmunity, however, Festivus Illuminata solemnizes marriages and carries out ceremonial requests of all types and for all who request services.

Should you desire a ceremony that is more traditional, Sr. Festivus Illuminata as an ordained metaphysical minister is available to perform your wedding ceremony in or out of the Sister's "Sacred White Face."

Festivus Illuminata is sactioned to perform and solemnize marriages in British Columbia, Altberta, Ontario and Quebec CANADA.

Your Wedding ... Your Way!

Be the author of your ceremony! - My Personal Fee: $295.00
The fee associated with this service will be donated to a local charity of choice that serves our Vancouver LGBTQ2+ community.

This service includes ONLY the preparation and performance of your marriage ceremony itself.
Initial COMPLIMENTARY face-to-face meeting with Festivus Illuninata PRIOR to committing to use this service. During this meeting Festivus will listen to your vision for your ceremony and offer various suggestions and ideas to help reduce the stress as together we create your personal ceremony.
Upon booking and holding the date of your ceremony you must make your declaration of how the officiant will appear. (As Sister Festivus or my muggle self.)
Follow-up COMPLIMENTARY face-to-face meeting with Festivus Illuminata to further clarify the vision for your ceremony.
Festivus Illuminata will continue to be available by email, text or phone to answer any questions and to help you create your unique wedding ceremony.
Following your ceremony, your official documents will be completed on your behalf and posted to the Office of Vital Statistics Canada at no charge.

Elopement Ceremonys

My Personal Fee: $150.00

Sister Festivus does not appear in ceremonial white face for sudden elopement ceremonies. The fee associated with this service will be donated to a local charity of choice that serves our Vancouver LGBTQ2+ community.

This is the perfect ceremony for couples who just want to get married, without straining the budget. This package offers:

This service includes ONLY the preparation and performance of your marriage ceremony itself.
FREE Initial consultation with Festivus Illuminata (by phone), to assist you to create your ceremony.
Based on our initial phone conversation a personalized ceremony draft will be created for your input and approval.
Following your ceremony, your official documents will be completed on your behalf and submitted to the Office of Vital Statistics Canada at no charge.
